These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Barood Fitness mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Barood Fitness ("Barood", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your local law) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using Barood, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Barood provides a fitness platform that includes guided workouts, progress tracking, training plans, challenges, articles, and related features. The Service may evolve over time — we reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove features at our discretion.

Some features may require a premium subscription, an active internet connection, or specific device permissions (such as motion sensors, notifications, or camera).

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach at baroodfitness@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or pose a risk to our platform or other users.

Barood offers free features as well as premium subscriptions. The current pricing, billing period, and available plans are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Payment processing: All purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other approved payment providers, and are subject to those providers' terms.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by the platform you purchased from. We may, at our discretion, provide additional refunds or credits in special circumstances.
• Price changes: If we change subscription pricing, we will provide notice in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Barood provides general fitness information and training tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new workout program, especially if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or take medication.

• Use the Service at your own risk.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any symptoms of distress.
• Calorie estimates, heart rate readings, and other metrics are approximations — not medical measurements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service without our written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without authorization.
• Use bots, automated systems, or fake accounts to manipulate the Service.

You may submit content to the Service — for example, profile details, workout notes, or messages to support ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Barood a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform or its users.

All content provided by Barood — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio, software, and the design of the Service — is owned by or licensed to Barood and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fitness use, subject to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (including Apple, Google, payment processors, analytics providers, and health platforms). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barood disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, free from bugs, or available at all times. Any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Barood, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Barood in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barood and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use or misuse of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app settings or by emailing baroodfitness@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — with or without notice — if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for Barood, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barood is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved on an individual basis (not as a class action), and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
