FAQ

Common questions

How does the 3-day free trial work?
Open the Barood app, go to Premium, and tap Start 3-Day Free Trial. You get full Premium access for 72 hours with no payment needed. After the trial, Premium turns off automatically. You're never auto-charged. One trial per account.
How soon does Premium activate after I pay?
We activate manually within a few hours of receiving your screenshot on WhatsApp. If it seems delayed, message us on the same number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is paid up-front for your chosen period (monthly or yearly). You're never auto-charged when it expires. Refunds within the first 7 days, no questions asked.
What's the difference between Pro and Elite?
Same features. Elite is yearly billing, which saves you 17% compared to paying month-to-month.
I don't have bKash. What can I use?
Buy directly in the app via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. For manual payment, bKash is available. Nagad and card gateway support are in the works.
What happens if my Premium expires?
Your workout history, streaks, badges, and saved plans stay forever. Ads return and premium-only programs lock, but nothing is ever deleted.
